    LUXURY HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL

    With a career that has spanned over 20 years in the luxury hospitality, Ana is a forerunner in hotel operations from guest room touchpoints to fine dining indulgences. Her attention to detail is derived from hands-on experience and her intuitive sense of how to provide customized, luxury experiences for a wide variety of guests. Her passion is lead and instill these qualities within the teams that she directs.

    During her tenure with the Hilton Hotels Corporation, Ana was a leader in various operational and dining capacities. At both the Hilton Short Hills and Hilton Times Square, she mastered the art of customer experience, while leading the Rooms Dept. A veteran of the world-renowned Waldorf-Astoria and Waldorf Towers New York, Ana oversaw the Rooms team of the historic 1400 room NYC landmark. In her role, she managed all faucets of the operation to uphold its iconic story of providing unique and memorable experiences. Ana furthered her career by taking the elements of this iconic brand and serving as the Director of Resort Operations of The Waldorf-Astoria Naples, overseeing the day-to-day operation of this luxury resort and spa. Ana later joined The Loews Regency New York as Executive Director of Rooms, directing the daily operations, ensuring the iconic hotel’s market repositioning as a NYC luxury property. Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from Johnson and Wales University, as well as a degree in International Hospitality Management from MODUL in Vienna, Austria. In 2016, Ana took time away from the world hospitality and shifted her career focus on her family and the raising of her three children.

    With over twenty-five years of cultivating brand operating standards and learning & development curriculum, Thomas has been an influencer in luxury experiences from hotel operations to fine dining experiences. From the lavish Waldorf-Astoria to iconic BMW, attention to detail is the cornerstone of his approach. His passion is creating memorable experiences for each guest, which is only done through winning environments where staff are naturally inspired to do the right thing to surprise and delight.

    In Thomas’s various roles, his expertise spans the luxury hospitality and restaurant segments having curated learning initiatives at both The Waldorf-Astoria and The New York Palace, which earned AAA’s Five Diamond Award while he was the Director of Learning & Development. He was also instrumental in the relaunch of The Surrey and Regency Hotels, and an integral part of the team that launched the W Hotels and James Hotel brands. Thomas has also worked with culinary greats, such as Jeffrey Zacharian, Jean-Georges, Todd English and Daniel Boulud to bring their unique talents into the world of hospitality dining.

    Having opened over forty-five hotels and restaurants, Thomas’s success has not just come from the creation of touchpoints, standards and training, but my leading by example and immersing himself, being hands on until the project has come to its fruition.
